Conscious Kink Journeys
A conscious approach to kink can lead to a more conscious approach to life. Kink allows for the exploration of desires, fantasies and vulnerabilities which expands into other areas of your life. In the realm of Conscious Kink, we engage in kinky activities in a self aware and fully present way. Thoughts, feelings and memories are given space for expression, opening you up to the potential for empowerment, growth and healing.
As a trained Core Energetics practitioner and professional Dominatrix, I created a unique approach to fantasy exploration by merging somatic healing techniques with kinky activities. By bringing the worlds of therapy and kink together, I can help individuals explore their sexuality (also known as eros energy or life force energy), as a way for my clients to access more pleasure, growth, and healing.
No two Conscious Kink Journeys are alike!
Each session is typically 2 hours long and may include:
Deep breathing
Intention setting
Clear boundary-setting
Discussion of what will be worked on and how the session will go
Discussion of desired outcome
A container in which the client feels comfort, trust and safety
The way we approach sex is the way we approach life. Through Conscious Kink, we can open ourselves more fully to self knowledge and self love in order to explore the full spectrum of sexual expression. Consciously breaking through barriers in sex can ultimately lead to breaking through barriers in life so that we can live life more fully.
